At Kratzilla, we stand behind all of the kratom products that we offer and strive to earn complete customer satisfaction. This means we’re committed to ensuring you’re happy with your purchase. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, we will accept the return of a resaleable product within 14 days of delivery.  Upon receipt, we will inspect the item and issue a full refund (excluding shipping costs).

Once you send the product back to us, please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to be processed.

All refund requests must be accompanied by a copy of the original purchase receipt. Kratzilla will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners.

Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received. If products have been opened or used, they may not be eligible for a refund, or they may be subject to a restocking fee.

We do not hold responsibility for items that are damaged or lost when being shipped back to us, so we recommend using an insured and tracked mail service.
